Terms and Conditions 


All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices listed on social media, emails are correct at the time of posting but can change subject to change without prior warning. Please check our website for the most up to date pricing. We are under no obligations to provide the product(s) to you at an incorrect (or lower) price, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and can reasonably be recognised as a mis-pricing. 

All our products are for domestic private residential use only and provide no guarantees outside of these areas. For example, we do not cover them used in commercial, contract or public environments

All our products carry a one-year manufacturing guarantee, this does not include:

General wear and tear

Damage caused during general cleaning of the product

International damage, misuse or neglect of the product

Damage caused to property/flooring during use

Normal wear and tear resulting from product use and exposure to the elements 

Any modifications, adjustments, repair carried out to the product which has changed the original specification

Domestic products used in commercial environment    

Deliveries and Fees 

Mainland UK  Standard Delivery costs £19.99, this cost will be fully visible when you select your delivery method at the checkout.

Please note that allocated delivery time slots are subject to change without prior notice and we do not compensate for deliveries outside of these estimated time slots. This is often down to factors out of our control such as heavy traffic or bad weather.  

If you would like your goods delivered to a different address to the address you provided at the point of order, please give us 48 hours notice. This is so we can replan the route with our delivery partners. Further information may be requested when you talk with one of our team and we will also need you to provide the change of address in writing. 

A person aged 18 or older needs to be present to receive a delivery and sign for the item. This person is responsible for checking the box and products before signing. Anything that is signed for with no damage being reported at the time may be disputed if you report damages in transit at a later date.  


We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you change your mind and wish to make a return or an exchange you must notify us within 14 days in writing by letter or email, in line with the customer contracts regulation. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on assembled furniture.


We are unable to accept responsibility for lost or damaged in transit back to us.


We will require photos of all returned, damaged or exchanged items to verify the condition. Please see the process below.


We permit exchanges on unused and unassembled items   so long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 In order to qualify for an exchange the item must               come back in the same original condition.

 If exchanging for an item of greater or less value we will   make arrangements with you to settle or refund the   difference.

 All exchanges are subject to a fee of £81 (£67.50 + VAT)   which covers the pickup and delivery cost of your items-   this will need to be paid before we can deliver your   replacement item.

 Returned items that you wish to exchange must arrive in   perfect condition including the packaging, so please   ensure that they are well packed using clear tape to seal   any boxes

 We will then ask you to send us photographs to verify the   condition of the item you wish to exchange.


Returns and Refunds 

 Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable   condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked   and undamaged packaging.

 Item must not have been used or assembled in any way.

 Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process   has begun.

 Returned items must arrive in perfect condition including   packaging, so please ensure that they are well packed   using clear tape to seal any boxes.

 Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened.   Mattresses which have been opened, used or slept on   cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please   keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

 We retain the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed   to be unsaleable.

 We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or   damaged in transit back to us.

 Items returned must arrive in perfect condition including   the packaging, so please ensure that they are well packed.

 Once received the item will be inspected and a refund   within14 days.

 We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above   conditions have not been met. This does not affect you   statutory rights.

 All returns are subject to a collection fee of £81 (£67.50 +   VAT) which will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged/Faulty Items 

 Please check your packaging fully on receipt. If there is     any damage to the packaging then please indicate when   signing for delivery whist the drivers are present.

 Transit damage must be reported within 2 days of       delivery.

 All items and parts of items must be checked for any   damage prior to assembly.

 Please report your issue here and we will contact you to   offer a repair, exchange or refund.

 We will then ask you to upload several photographs to   verify the condition of the item you wish to return.
